I will find you, Red…

I was one of the average Pokemon players, thought I was the greatest, and that I would finally retire after beating the elite four so many times, traveled throughout all of Johto and Kanto, found and made my Dream team. As though later on, I found that Red resided in Mt. Silver. My natural instinct was to go there, I packed my full restores and my full heals and headed out. Though…it didn’t go as planned…
As we got outside, towards the top, I fallen through the snowy ground.
I wish I didn’t…it was a horrifying image that made me just freeze in fear, my screams held back inside.
I saw the bloody and diseased bodies of pokemon, Charazard, it’s wings gone, eyes rotted, and tail flame out. Ivysuar, it’s skin dead, and it’s flower no longer where it should be, instead blood running down from all sides. Blastoise, it’s shell cannon’s gone, blood pouring from where they used to be, and it’s shell cracked. Snorlax, it’s face bruised and it’s body missing flesh, it’s insides and huge pools of blood surrounding it.

I didn’t see a pikachu anywhere….I ran away from the room, fortunately finding stairs that took me to the top of Mt. Silver.
My heart raced from whatever was up ahead, as I walked forward, I only saw a pikachu, looking out into the distance. Though when I interacted with it, it sounded sad, like the cry of when it fainted. A battle started, showing the pikachu at level 82. Though, he looked sad, and it’s skin was darker, from the painful cold. I sent out my dragonite, attacking pikachu and draining half it’s HP. The pikachu used scary face, though a text box showed up saying:

“YOU’RE NOT MY MASTER! LEAVE THIS PLACE!!”
startled, my dragonite was too scared to attack.
The pikachu then used curse, at this point, killing itself and cursing dragonite. I just brushed it off, seeing it was the end of the battle.
When I got back to the overworld, pikachu was gone, but instead a pikachu cry was faint, and a textbox came up saying
“you’re not Red! You’re NOT Red! Where is my master? Why did he leave me here?”

After this messege, I left in horror, thinking that facing Red was nothing but a rumor. seeing though that there was no one else to face because of that pikachu, I fought the elite four one more time for the sake of wanting to play something normal.

After doing this, I went back to mt. Silver to see if anything else had happened, reading that red returns after beating the elite four. when I got there though, the snow was replaced with blood and bloody rain. I was terrified, but pressed on to see if red was where everyone said he was.

Seeing the hole I fell through, I passed it, running to a small cave, I see the diseased bodies of the remaining pokemon.
Espeon, it’s skin turned to black and blood coming from it’s eyes and where it’s jewel in its head used to be. Pikachu, was nowhere to be found though, thankfully because of the last visit.
I heard it’s cry, though it sounded happy..at least, happier than last time.
I hurried to the summit, seeing a figure. As I approached it I pressed “A” and he turned around to face me, a text box came up.

“………how could you…”
how could I what? I just wanted to see where he was! He wasn’t there and I just tried fighting the elite 4!
The final battle began, though Reds sprite look faded, as if, he was fading from existence…
I fought hard, beating each pokemon, though they all looked the same as him, but, somehow happy.
pikachu, happy once more was the first to fall, but instead of fainting the text said

“pikachu vanished!”
I was a little creeped, but I stayed calm and continued. The same thing had happened with each pokemon, Charazard, Ivysuar, Blastoise snorlax, and finally espeon.
When red was finally beat, his textbox came up saying
“…everyone forgot me, what will happen now…?”
as the battle closed and I went to the overworld, I flew to the Kanto region to where only one town that knew Red truely…Pallet town.
I first went to professor oak, and my character had told him the story, but to my character’s dismay, Oak said this:
“Red has been gone for three years! He’s GONE. If he has been gone for three and has never came back, it’s obvious that he wasn’t really there!”
it couldn’t be true! I saw Red in that battle!
I went to his mother, who said she wished he would of returned instead of leaving and never returning. Even Blue wouldn’t say anything about it!
Whatever happened to Red, in death or life, I will find you, Red.
