Freeze

I walked through pallet town with my new (and not to mention cute) Pokemon i received from my mother. but it was strange…wasn’t i supposed to receive it from Prof.Oak? but i ignored that. I remembered my character’s name was Rima. and the pokemon beside me was a lvl 5 eevee. i named him Freeze, we traveled through towns, defeated gym leaders, and had the time of our lives. but…that day, the day 5th july the day i received Freeze, everything turned around. I met a boy named Snow, and beside him was another eevee named Remi. I walked towards him and said, ” Hi there, is it alright if i battle you to train my pokemon?”

He remained silent. i was starting to get worried. “um…hey…are you alright? I-i’ll leave if you want…” still more silence. i sighed and turned around to walk away. then all of a sudden i felt myself being pulled back with a jolt. scared and surprised, i turned around to find the boy holding on to my wrist. his grip was strong and i wasn’t strong enough to jerk free. “do you love me…?” he asked. ”l-love you? i…i…” My voice trailed off.”awnser me!” He shouted. I started crying. he was shocked but he didn’t let go of my wrist. Instead he simply hugged me. i felt tears as cold as ice fall on my neck. I looked around, no one was watching. in fact no one was there. Then it hit me. why would a person ask if they loved him?

because that’s not a person. it’s a pokemon.

“F-Freeze…” freeze held me tightly. “please Rima…i want to know…” He said. I smiled. The town had been an illusion and i was standing in the middle of a field. In front of us were the graves of my family. they were killed by Freeze. ” i do love you freeze.” i told him. “lies!” he shouted the field turned into a cemetery. a place i hated the most, in front of me was a tombstone bearing my name.

” Freeze…” I hugged him back. ” You know i would never lie.” i reassured him but that didn’t work. ” You replaced me with another! you didn’t allow me to fight with you in battles! all you had to do was throw me away like trash that was i wouldn’t have to suffer! Why?! WHY?!” “because you needed it,” i said. “what…?” “Freeze the reason why i never brought you into battles were because you needed rest. i couldn’t have you suffering from fighting to much could I? I love you Freeze, as a pokemon and as a lover. i would never abandon you.” I hugged him tightly as the cemetary around us turned into cerulean city. ” I… I love you too…Rima…” Freeze voice trailed away as he turned back into the pokemon i loved. Staring at each other Freeze jumped onto my shoulder and we continued our journey. what i didn’t know was Freeze had killed all my other pokemon. Raichu, Pikachu, Pichu, leafeon, Rapidash and Garvedoir.”Im so sorry…” The pokemon freeze said. I smiled and stroked his fur. “that’s alright freeze. i’ll be with you forever. I love you anyways.”

“Forever…Forever sounds nice…”
